    These animals were lingering around a natural pan after benefiting from a relaxing mud bath

    Basics in ACR - PSCC 14 - levels, curves
    7d - 300mm f2,8 L IS USM Mk II + 1,4 extender @ 420mm FF
    ISO 400 - f8--1/200sec

    Hi Carl i really like this as presented . Cool conversion with great texture and pleasing tones.Best thing is that clearly visible eye mostly a "problem" area with these guys.Comp works well, too.

    Just curious - 7D + 300mm + 1.4x extender = 1.6 x 300 x 1.4 = 672mm FF?

    I like the conversion and the PP and textures is top class. I would like to see the whole bodies of all 3 if you have a frame like that...Not sure if I am a fan of the cut off bodies, but that is a personal thing.

    Hi Carl - Nice interaction and the low pov works well. I like the conversion and textures. Only thing I might do is back off on the sharpening of the grasses at the feet and below the bodies as I find they are competing with the detail on the rhinos.
