Here's one from Riverside County in SoCal where my wife and I spent last week visiting my father-in-law.
Not a ton of action, but I'm sold on the detail and background. The BG was created by positioning my car-blind
in such a way to have the morning marsh directly behind the subject.
I would have liked a bit more DOF across the perch; I closed down to f/7.1 a second after this frame but the
bird didn't acknowledge me again despite much whistling and clicking on my part.
