Super shot good timing, I like as presented but if it were mine I think I would lower the highlights just a little.
Great pose Brian, love the curled wing tips. Never seen one of these in real life, beautiful intense colouring

Hi Brian, nice image of a Crested Caracara. Wonderful wing position with the flared primaries. Good detail, color and background. Thank you for sharing.

Sweet flight pose and nice BG Brian! You really nailed this one.
Looking real good Brian.....Wonderful flight pose...HA spot on.....The BG colours show the bird well....I would be more than happy with this shot....Nice work..

Hey Jon, TY for the comment. Are you talking about the feather stems on the primaries? There are a couple 255 pts there, I suppose just the nature of exposing this guy right in the flat light. Could prob tame that a touch.
Thank you Mike, they are quite majestic if not fierce in person. Hope you get to.
Nice to hear from you Joe. Thank you.
Kurt, thanks for the note on this one. Those were fun days!
Coming from a raptor in flight master, I receive that. Thank you Will!

After staring a while, I produced another version pulling back what seems to be a slight yellow hue.
Think I like it a little better; lets the colors and tones breathe some IMO..
Late to this one Brian, but simply stunning...no nits from me!
Hey Brian, this looks great! The repost, although the changes subtle, does improve it. I often add a touch of cyans to green BGs as I feel Canon makes those greens a bit too yellow myself. Personal taste I suppose. Nice wing position and overall parallel flight path.
