Same as Arash. Spot AF.
I have enabled it, but never used it. It would only work on my 500 f4 but with that lens I tend to use center point most of the time. I will try it soon now that the warm weather is here and little song birds are ready to be photographed.
I set it to AF start so that if I press it accidentally while using my 400 DO (which I do often) the lens will keep on focusing...
