I was out at Viera today before the rains came and boy was there lots of nest building going on. Great blues and anhingas had quite a few in the center part of the wetlands and several had very clear approaches. This male in his breeding colors was kept very busy bringing twigs back to the nest. Taken with the D300 and Nikon 70-300VR, f/7.1, 1/1250, iso 800, slight crop off the top only. C&C always welcomed:).
