Great bird Agris. I like the pose, eye contact and background. Agree the blacks look a bit blocked in places. If there's detail there you could open up with Curves, Levels, or dodging. The red coxcomb looks blown on my monitor. Here's two threads that may help with this:

It would nice to see a bigger version of the bird. This one could be 800 pixels high (BPN allows 1024 pixels wide or 800 pixels high for the larger of the two dimensions).
Finally it would have been optimal not to have clipped the tail.
Cool pose, good eye contact and BG. I wish the wing were not clipped, might remove the blades of grass in front of the chest and desaturate the reds a few points.

From those techs it looks like it was rather dim out there! Overall good job, and applying some of the suggestions above could help optimize the image PP-wise.
