Kilauea Point, Kauai, Hawaii
The eye level images I got of the species were not as interesting as
a top view although this is a large crop, it is a High Cliff!!

The dorsal view with the slight head turn and the killer BKGR are fabulous. IQ has suffered a bit.

I would try cropping less....get some IQ back....Worth doing I reckon, brilliant flight pose...and a beautiful bird.

Large crop not withstanding, would love to see this bird let alone get an image like this. TFS
The colour and marbled texture of the BG alone makes it worth adding back some canvas.
This shows the back pattern and body shape perfectly. I agree about loosening the crop a bit; the BG is great, and more of it would help minimize the effects of the heavy crop.
I would concur reducing the crop would help and I would also tame those whites I suspect there is more detail to be shown.
dorsal view is great, I wonder if you can get more details/texture in the whites and also eliminate the sharpening halo around the bird. The ocean colors scream Hawaii. Hope you had a relaxing vacation at a great resort
