Neat frame. Like how the leopard or cheetah is surrounded by the darkness. The light looks really warm.

Thanks John and Gabriela. Haven't had a lot of time to check in here that often but wanted to post one for this month's theme. Glad you like this one.
Thanks again,
Rachel

Yes I like this one too, the spot light makes for a different presentation and I like the way it fades away. I suppose the dark spots are a little dense but I that is what you would get under such circumstance.

Hi Rachel -- I really liked this one and you have done very well in handling the spotlight and the effect of it on the image. Nicely framed and the details are quite good as well. I think you could have upped that iso , the ss is quite low .
Very nicely done , TFS !

A nicely themed spotlit image here Rachel, the only thing I would consider is to crop in from the ULHC to have the leopard less centred.

I like a lot position and partiicular shot . It is different and show the leopard in his landscape. Good composition with more dark in the corner

Nice spotlit image. If it were mine I'd explore darkening the vegetation after about a body width on the RHS as we view so the eye stays centered.
