Not bad at all for 1/400s Still smiling after reading your intro and explanation regarding aperture I've done worse things, like changing to jpg instead raw
Well composed and a nice view of the environment, lovely greenery in the BG. I like the trodden look of this fellow. Looks like he's been wallowing, colour and tonality look good and the mud shows nicely.
Glad the eye is visible, usually it is hidden behind long lashes. Very nice image, I now wonder why I drive past those chaps about every Saturday afternoon and don't pick up the camera, maybe it's the harsh light that time of the day.
Hi Jon, I don't think knocking the dial has any adverse effects on the image apart from perhaps dropping SS and upping the ISO. Good detail and again you can see the hint of rain.
My only thought is it looks a bit 'yellow', almost a hue???
Hi Jon .... nothing fancy , still a good Wildebeest image .
The typical dumb look they are offering while walking ... LOL . Different story once you have them at a waterhole in the desert , Gabriela will think the same way .
Tones are looking good to me , also the details are good having the SS in mind .
Just think needs a slight canvas rotation ..... and the colors are looking slightly OFF .....cheeerio from Steve .
These guys are so iconic yet so silly/dumb.
Nice to see you posting some African wildlife. Nice details and the deep. aperture did not distract from the scene at all.
