I was playing around here, I wanted to show wing blur but I also wanted the head sharp, I think it is just about there.
Jonathan, I also like the blurred wings here. I have tried these insects before and found a surprisingly low SS is needed to get wing blur: considerably slower than you have used. Maybe a different species? As you were trying for both the spent flower head and dragonfly in focus (latter in part focus at least), I wonder if you'd have been better focusing a bit behind the spent flower head? All the same, I think you've achieved a good result here.
