Common blue butterfly
Handheld Canon 1DX Canon 180mm macro ISO 800 1/600 sec f11. This little guy was on rudbeckia or black eyed susan in the back garden.
it would appear that there is hope for the common blue, there still have not been many but I saw more this year than in the previous four put together so fingers crossed for next year.
