Burrowing Owl with the Sunset in the Eye at ISO-8000

I captured this image yesterday in Pembroke Pines and decided to squeeze it in for this month's theme. The sun was already on the horizon behind the clouds and trees, hence the high ISO. I never noticed before that their pupils are not perfectly round (looks to me like the lenses aperture blades got invented after looking at this guys !)
