Sweet pose on this one Bill. Love those outstretched wings. Light is nice as well and details look good. If mine I would remove the 2 Skimmers or on the top right that are way in the back and out of focus.

How much I'd like to visit a nesting site! Great light and pose. I'd also remove the OOF birds from the top. In a way I wish to see the feet, but I like it like this too. TFS.

Excellent pose and details. The eye looks great. Another vote to remove the extra stuff in URC. Bummer the ground surface did not dip rather than rise where it meets the feet, but overall a fun and strong image.

Great wing stretch Bill, I like it! Id vote for cleaning up the URC as well.

Just starting off in life, very well caught Bill.think there is enough about the chick to keep my eyes away from the oof birds but can see what others mean.

Great capture, Bill. I'm okay with either image. Pane #1 adds a bit of depth. Good feather detail also.

Lovely image! Great composition and high-key toning.

I love the repost!
He looks so cute and ugly at the same time. The head needs to catch up with the bill!
Great POV and IQ. Exposure spot on and perfect comp for my taste.
I wonder if you warmed up the image very slightly would it improve the image slightly?
Love that wing position and the great feather details you pulled out,
Gail

Thanks Geoffrey and Gail. I did warm it up just slightly from the original capture. Based on what I'm assuming is a true white on the fluffy spot near the top of the upraised wing, the color is just about neutral. But sometimes a bit warmer than neutral can help.
