I was laying in the mud in camo with the lens resting on a log w/beanbag looking for waterfowl. Waterfowl were not cooperative, but a painted turtle bobbed up just past the mfd of the lens and left me this portrait.
At first I wasn't sure about the large space to the right of the turtle but interesting ripple patterns in the water add some visual interest. Very nice....
