Hi David, this one could use a little bit of counter clockwise rotation. I quite like the reflections...I have seen images such as this look quite impressive when DAP (Dynamic Auto Painter) is applied to them for an OOTB effect. I see a few dust spots or perhaps debris in the water that I would clean up.
Good catch. (OK -- pun intended...) I'm never sure how best to frame a scene like this, but I think it might be interesting to crop out most of the busy details above the boat cabins and give more emphasis to the more abstract prows and reflections. That would work well with Andrew's suggested rotation. It's great to find such clean reflections.
Hi David - good suggestions above. It may be just me but I find the shadow line on the Golden Gate distracting. I'm not sure how you feel about cloning but you could also crop to get rid of it.
I rotated this CC, using the piling in the middle as my horizon reference. Next, I cropped tighter, as suggested. I couldn't eliminate all the distracting stuff on top of the boats and docks, but it's reduced a good bit.
