Are you a paying member? I am pretty sure that participants do not get thumbnails but am not positive.

I have asked this question three times to others without a response.

Been a while since I posted on your forum, and one of the reasons I stopped a while ago when i could not get an answer to this same question.

I can understand that that would be frustrating.
