Looks great, Sasan. A beautiful, spread-wing pose with perfect eye contact. Lighting is great, and the tiny amount shadow adds a bit of depth. Wait for others to chime in, but I think there's a slight sharpening halo along the front edge of the wings.

Great frame! Who says plain blue skies are boring when you got such a beautiful subject in front of it! Vertical comp looks good. I can see the halo Dorian mentions, but I've seen worse. Although minor, if mine I'd surely remove the larger pale spot on one of the feathers on the lower wing (Spot removal tool would be perfect).

Just an incredible underside view of all of the flight feathers, that's awesome. Love the eye contact and composition, nicely done!
I also noticed a pretty strong sharpening halo along the leading edge of the wings and below the neck, so it might be worth revisiting your sharpening technique some.
Otherwise, a real winner.
