Great POV and the whites look great. I love the light and the way it is spotlighting the breast and wings.
I wasn't sure about the amount of wing blur but after looking at it a couple of times I quite like it. Head is nice and sharp considering your SS. Lovely fall BG. I am sure you have teased out as much details as you could out of the blacks under the chin.
I like that we can just see the end of the tuft.
Very nice autumn BG.
I would evict the linear water droplets to the right of face. They don't really add much.

Really digging this one. Love the blurred wings and the sharp body. The low angle is great.

Nice one Mike. Looking real good. I sometimes lower my SS in poor lighting conditions, and I think you got the blur spot on here...It brings the image alive. The BG shows the bird well. Good POV

Mike:
Excellent shooting angle, sense of motion from the blur, just enough head turn, soft background. Well done.

I like both the low angle the wing blur here but I wish a tad better HA as in more parallel to the back of the camera

Mikey, I am not sure which is more stunning, the bird and the blur or that amazing cranberry background. You might possibly want to try to tone down the bright white feathers of the bird's right wing -- the tertials, I think.

Really nice result given the low light. Shooting angle, background, pose, and lighting are excellent. The peeking yellow eye is also very engaging. The wings being so out of focus compared to the body is interesting, and I am still trying to
figure if it works for me. Maybe if he was perfectly square to get more symmetry......
