The pose and water reflections are nice. Looks like it was later in the morning with the light getting a little harsh. Hot spots on the legs and the bird looks over sharpened to me.
I would pull down the highlights only, I think the exposure is pretty good. Once the highlights pulled down maybe consider reducing sharpening just a tad.
hi Joe ... i do like overall image for the most part . specially the vivid colors are nice !!
here and there I might change the tones a tad and might add a vignette to guide the viewer to the subject .
not too fuzzed about waters edges being sharpened ... a lot of the rippled edges received it . just my take
