Nice incoming flight pose. I like the clutched talons and spread wings. I wish the green bit extended all the way across the frame, but nothing you could do about that. To my eyes I think the bird could use some more sharpening, maybe just on the head., but see what others say. TFS
Allen - Osprey are my favorite birds to capture so I always open anything Osprey. You captured a great landing pose showing off all her feathers but the light looks a bit harsh. I don't know how large a crop this is but the Osprey's head is not tack sharp. Looks like focus may have grabbed the wing to the right of the head. I can see the chick bottom left nest and I am surprised it does not have it's head up greeting the mother. I can't wait for them to return. Should be 57 days +-.
Ditto all the good stuff above. It looks as if the underwings could be opened up a bit ...
