Hi Jon, now that's a real 'Booby dazzler', going to the right created a better angle, I was just worried they would go before I could get some frames in the bag. Nice and sharp, colour looks bang on too, although it was a bit more overcast, but I like it as presented. Techs look good and the 5D has delivered another fine image, just hope my waiting will, before the end of the year, - pay off.
Good to know the 'beast' is back and you can start to process the wealth of images you got.

Love the image, Jon. Nice colors, detail and good use of depth of field. Thank you for sharing.

Nice pose on the in focus bird. The details look good. The out of focus bird and the in focus bird work very well.

Hey Jon - I really like this composition...the 2 birds balance each other well in the frame. I like the details, head angle, and wing position on the in focus bird.

I love the interaction, colours, and details of the front bird. I do wish for 10-15% more room top and left but still a good, fun frame.

Jon, the overall whiteness of the setting here is what stands out for me. Also, the two birds, their poses and the interaction are excellent. Framing and positioning of the birds looks good and beautiful detail on the in-focus bird. The only thing I would revisit is the exposure which looks a little dull and flat overall.

Thanks very much everyone glad you liked it.
Glenn the colours are muted because it was a very cloudy day.

A wonderful image Jon. The Puffins have to be one of the most photogenic birds I have seen. They have beautiful colors and are very expressive. I am not usually a fan of up angle pov but it works here as does the oof second bird. tfs
