So thats what a shortie with two eyes looks like!!! Sweet shot Arash, color palette, HA, IQ, SH...
-
Yes, this is really money. Love everything about it. I couldn't get at all close to them when I was up there last winter.....

Fantastic shot, Arash. I like that the whole bird is in good focus right out to the wingtips, which together with the wing position gives an excellent view of all the feather detail on dorsal and ventral surfaces. For me this is about as close as it gets to a perfect capture of that bird. Perhaps I might have cloned out the bit of ghostly vegetation outline in the lower left corner, but really that's a tiny nitpick on a superb image. Love your work and the soft light you seem to prefer for your photography,
Cheers, David

Too good for me ... How large a crop. Which AF mode? Where was the selected AF point?

Another stunner from your Vancouver trip. No nits from me; all said above.

Nice pose. Love the color throughout this image. Those eyes really pop against it. Is this full frame or cropped?
-
Stunning bird well captured, love the pose. Great to see both eyes.

Hi Ari, excellent sharp detail all round, and your normal head turn towards you takes this over the top. Killer BG.

Hey Artie, Expansion AF, center pt selected but not necessarily the active pt during capture (see my flight guide for the details) about 60% of full frame
