Beautiful, serene landscape. Personally, I would have preferred the horse to be off set a bit more, but I like the snow on the fence and the orange vegetation in the foreground. Maybe some contrast in the mountains? Looks like a nice spot.
Looks like a nice scene Dan. I think the entire image is a bit underexposed and can use a levels tweak. I would also try and bring out more detail in the horse as it seems "closed up". Having it placed more to the RHS would have been ideal from a compositional standpoint.
