Hi,

I have not been active posting much in this forum but would like to use the opportunity to give a quick update about what's going on in the Everglades:
Anhinga Trail: Had been busier in previous trips but still a good opportunity early in the moning. Several chicks already to be seen in the nests.
Eco Pond: Lots of activity compared to all of our past visits. Egrets, herons, wood storks and roseate spoon bills, white pelicans and an osprey. The most active area is on the west side and should provide some late afternoon opportunities but bring a longer lens.
We are now in the Ft. Myers area and will check the usual spots. Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Peter
