These guys are uncommon in our islands, so we were surprised and delighted to see them when we went boating in a reservoir following an invitation from a fellow birder.
Too bad we didn't get blue skies that day, but still we were happy to have taken photos of this raptor.

Congratulations on the rare sighting for your area!! Always great when that happens, and especially so with a camera in hand I do feel the subject could be brighter, and I would have preferred a better wing position (raised higher). Sharpness looks good, and I do like the cloudy BG (although I'd tone down the very bright area at lower right.
