    Like the BG texture of the cliff face. The shadow helps provide some depth and separation from the BG.

    Would love to get these guys in action one day. The telephoto compression has given an interesting depth-illusion wrt the sheep's feet and the rocks behind it. You can see it's in the air but somehow it looks like it could also still be standing

    Dale - The shadow adds a dimension to this by expanding the tonal range. I like the vertical comp for this.

    Great graphic quality to this image Dale. A monotone of browns, light direction and the high-contrast really ramp up the clarity of details in the rocks and set the ram off in a 3D look.
