    Made this on a overcast day near Bangalore, India.

    Canon 7D, Canon 500mm f4+1.4x TC,
    ISO 400 - f/6.3 - 1/400 Sec

    I can't thnk of anything I would change. I think you captured this bird rather nicely. It is sharp, I love the raised foot, and the direct eye contact. The colors on the head are nice, and I think you captured its personality to match his looks. Thank you for sharing.

    Really good details in black and white (something not easy to do), excellent low angle with walking pose. I also like the change in toning of the background, I think it quite beautiful.

    Oh my, that is just flat out beautiful! Tack sharp bird with great background colors and super blurring. Very striking.

    beautiful clean image, I love the bokeh, nice pose from the bird, good detail, good noise control and exposure - what's not to love?!

    Very nice detail on this one, great composition. Reminds me of our Killdeer.

    Girish, one heck of a shot. Terrific ultra low angle and BG. raised foot always adds that something extra. the FG blur is very nice. Exposure, IQ, DOF....well done on all counts. Loved the eye.

    Do you have any more room below for more virtual feet?
