I had the pleasure of meeting John Chardine while visiting Bonaventure Island last week. It was great fun watching the gannet colony and all their antics.

Nice capture! Maybe needs some more sharpening.

Great landing pose Susan. It is a great place really.
I also vote for one round of more sharpening.

Hi Susan, good to see you here, welcome back. I also had the pleasure of meeting you and John Chardine at Bonaventure this last weekend. Great capture of Mom or Dad bringing home the bacon! I like the included gannets in the BG and the seaweed as as token of affection. TFS, Ann

Agree with the others that it looks a bit soft. Any chance you have more image to the left and/or bottom? The lower left bird dropping out of the frame is a bit distracting to my eye. None-the-less, a very nice incoming image. Cheers!

Agree with all of the above! I would also remove the specular highlight in left lower corner.

Can't tell about the sharpening from the iphone but I like the landing pose and the fact that you got some of the other birds in the frame
