Single bird dive is already very difficult to get sharp, and you got both, in the same frame, with good head angle, and did i mention the pleasing background! Simply amazing.

Awesome shot, Jim. Very skilful capture. excellent poses, both within DOF and perfect whites. Good thing the black band isn't intersecting the body and wing of bird at the bottom.

Very cool and expertly captured, as usual!

If you've got the room, I might try more room at the bottom and a bit less room on the left for a more vertical crop.

Crazy good shot. Incredibly sharp for both birds,
    doesn't get much better.

I like that both Terns have different diving postures, and that both are sharp. Whites look good too. Not an easy shot to pull off, so very well captured Jim.
