Lovely IQ and the pose is fantastic. Colors look good and it really pops from the BG. Looks like some cloning work (or something has been done around the bas of the feet and perch which looks a bit strange. Great image Arno!

Good calling pose, looks a loud one! Good call too in extending the canvas. There is an area of more vivid greens behind the legs and perch that catch my eye...perhaps you could tweak the remainder of the BG to match.

Arno, what a pose. Loved this one...BG, shooting angle and IQ are excellent. With light from your right, the bird angled this way works perfectly.

Eye is a bit hazy. nictitating membrane?

    Thanks Dumay,much appreciated.
The funnies on the log are oof grass blades in front and behind the log.I was in two minds to either leave as is or to clone out.I suppose it would be better to do some cloning. Also the different shades of green ,near the legs(as shot),could do with some cleaning up.

    Thanks for your comments,Daniel.
Yes, I was in two minds about this as well as the oof blades of grass in front and behind
the log ,which blur the perch.I agree that it needs some cleaning up.
