Valerio,
As a Forum Participant you will need to host your image externally.

Under the "Title Box" there is a group of icons.
Click the Square Icon with a tree on it(second row, between the Envelop and Film Strip), when the "Add An Image" box pops up, select "From URL".

That should work.
