Heading to Central FL at the end of April

I will be there for 8 days and I plan on visting Gatorland. I would like to get recommendations on some other places to go that are within a 2 hour drive from the Kissimmee area.

joe overstreet road definitely. it's just south of kissimmee on canoe creek road. you can also check lake blue cypress and canoe creek road itself. eagles, caracaras, eastern meadowlarks, sandhill cranes, and ocassionally a whooping crane. snail kites at the overstreet landing. i'm probably leaving some stuff out but i'm sure some others will fill you in.

Can anybody post driving direction to joe overstreet road?
I will driving from the West Palm beach area... I see the place in google earth, and a lot of small roads, but I can't figure out the best way to get there.
