I definitely like the idea here, the pleasing light, soft look and nice flow of the water. I don't feel the central placement of the leaf is working since it is so dominate in the scene. Also the clipped rock in the lower left should have been eliminated during composition.

    Hey Jaime,
If you get a chance.....please post the SS, f-stop, ISO and any other info so that others can also learn from the techniques you used. I do like the SS you chose but I also agree with Robert on the comp......Including more of the rock on the left (leaf one) would have helped put the leaf off center a bit and helped with the flow as now the rock seems to block it. I know this would have introduced more of the LLC one......but perhaps tightening up a bit on the bottom could have solved that too. I do think the light is nicely handled just not sure the comp flow is working for me either.

Nicely done. Loving the slow SS effect.

    Terrific critiques above.

Hi Jaime, Good comments above! I agree about the centered leaf and removal of the clipped rock on the lower left. I like the flow but the dominant rock seems to be breaking it and my eye becomes fixated on the leaf...

I agree with Roman's assessment but love the simplicity here...a few more tweaks and compositional adjustments and this will rock!
