I have been working on some blurs lately. This is a pine forest near my home. I used a long
exposure, f/16, 2.5 sec., ISO 100 at dusk to get the effect.
Thanks for looking. C&C welcome:)

Cheryl, this works really well for me! I like the amount of blur and the relatively sharp needles. Interesting banding, both vertically and diagonally. That's a long exposure for a blur, did you use a tripod?

Cheryl, I really like the look of the pine needles and the tree trunk. The amount of blur worked out well. Yes, A long exposure!:)
Nice image and application, Cheryl.
Like the shapes and tones of this.
Thanks, Kerry, Denise and Mark. Kerry, it was handheld (one of my steadier moments:)) and I checked the exif info and it was 2.5 seconds which surprised me also.

Very nice Cheryl!! It's amazing you did it handheld!
I love this! That I can still clearly see the pine needles with all of the blur on a 2.5 sec handheld exposure is just incredible.
