I kept the boat as still as possible, and figured with this particular scene I could get away with a very slow shutter speed. Image stabilizer works well too.
    Thanks for looking

Connie, very nice! Imagine this HDR, like it, perhaps a bit more sat. Love the cloud reflections!

    Hey Connie,
While I wish for a bit stronger focal point.....but the cloud reflection seems to fit the bill and is placed well in the frame. I'm impressed as heck that you HH and that SS and were in the canoe!!! Very nice colors and this has a very peaceful serene feel to it. Very well done!

Hi Connie, A soft pleasingly pastel view. Agree with Roman on the center of interest but the overall tonality is greatly helping the image. Compositionally the division of areas is well handled and I'm also surprised at no camera shake at 1/40 sec HH....

Simple and beautiful. Love the subtle and natural-looking colours in the scene.

Add me to the list of the impressed that HH in a boat at 1/40, you got this! Very nice colors. May prefer a pano crop but certainly like it as presented.

Thank you everyone, I appreciate your comments. Could I get a stronger focal point with more zoom or dof, I wonder? Nevertheless, getting a strong center of attention or focal point in the Everglades is quite a challenge anyway you look at it.:)

    Connie,

Sunset colors and that reflection are enough. Your just don't have or need a focal point here. The whole image is what the viewer "drinks" in.
