    Default Panorama Gone Wild!

I included one image that didn't belong that caused this "interpretation" of the image. I only cropped off a small part that jutted up on the lower right side and smoothed the bottom a little. I rather liked it!

I love it! Creative fun and interesting. One tiny tiny thing-the little black strip on the edge in the LLC.

You have good eyes, I hadn't noticed it, duh! I probably saw it originally in the large size and forgot to fix it and when I reduced the size it was harder to see. My vision is not what it used to be. Here is the revised image.

Wonderful creativity here, Judy! I love the placement of the image and the diagonal lines are fantastic. This is so interesting to look at.

Did you try any other shades of blue in the BG? I was wondering how a darker blue (almost navy) would look.

Hi Judy, this is great! It looks like something is pulling the landscape into the upper right corner and out of the frame! Really interesting and different. I would make a big print and display it with a "frameless picture frame".

I love it. But i give up. How did you create this? Can we see what you started with? That sky is killer. Where was the image created?

Excellent, love it and makes me want to experiment more in different ways which is difficult because I'm already experimenting enough to drive the family crazy. :D

Thanks Jules. I spent a lot of time trying different blues and liked this better than darker or lighter shades and the gradient worked I think.

Thanks Kerry! Gee, I'm amazed there are so many comments and I wasn't around to read them. I was out taking and processing 3 more sunsets!!

Thanks Artie. It was a supposedly simple photomerge panorama that turned out like this. Just a happy accident! I guess one of the images didn't match well - it was handheld. The image was created near the John C. Stennis Lock and Dam on the Tenn-Tom Waterway in Columbus MS.

Thanks Cheryl. The title really explains it, panorama gone wild. That's what happened when I merged the images. I guess one image didn't belong or was off-kilter. I had so many images to process I didn't go back and examine them closely, I just said "Wow!" and processed it.

This is what I got when I merged 3 images. Pretty bizarre!

This is my other, "normal" crop with Topaz Adjust to enhance it.

Thanks Denise. I might re-work it and maybe soften it a bit and print one. I wish I had room for a pano gallery in my house, I have quite a few that I like. I never took pano shots until a couple of years ago when I watched a friend stitch one in Photoshop and I couldn't believe how easy it was so I started taking them.
