    This is one of the gargoyles that was believed to keep out evil spirits from the church. This guy looks quite passive, some of them are quite spooky looking. The reason his elbows are cut off, is they have a wire fence at the base so you can't touch them. Really steep long walk to get up this high. Lots of people all around huffing and puffing. I must be in good shape from carrying all my gear around.:D

    Think it is Monmarte Dave, and yes, you must be in good shape to be a photographer, or at least know a good chiropractor.

    Nice one. I like that particular spot. great views of the older parts of Paris from there. Yes, that is Sacre Couer in the distance. The B&W treatment goes very well here. Sepia will do very well too.
