    Default Cormi-Hooptie Deux

Another image from Tampa Bay in Capitan Shadle's company!

5DMKII 500 f/4, f/5.6 1/5000sec ISO 1600. A bit conservative with shutter speed but worked out well. soft early morning light works great for these guys. Cloned a bright OOF circle in BG.

Hope you like this one :)

Glad you did not raise the shutter speed much :) Do think that 1/2500 or more will yield better results !!

Sweet light on the bird and made a very fine image !!!

Hi Arash, Light, light and more light is what we stress and this is a good example of using it at its best. Good angle which brings out all the detail. Nice wing position, sharp, backround and positioning within the frame.
    Well handled...

Capturing black details on black bird is not easy, but you manage to get a really good one in flight!!! Bird looks sharp and excellent wing down position, I also like how the wing is almost touch the water. A few frame before this might have the bird in a better angle, but this is already excellent as it is. Like this so much, TFS.

Thanboon, I thought the bird in this one is perfectly parallel to sensor plane :)

I tried cover the body and the head look parallel, I then cover the head and the body also look parallel. Somehow when the two come together my eyes play trick on me and the head seem a little turning away, maybe it's the long neck that confused me :s
