Peewee??

I'm not quite sure what this is, but I would guess some sort of peewee or flycatcher.
Photo was taken just outside of Vancouver BC, close to the Fraser River.

Dave, looks like an Empidonax Flycatcher. I'd go with Hammond's but they are hard to tell apart.
