CS5 Retail version vs. educational

Is there any functional difference ?

Since my wife is a school principal we sure would like to take advantage of the price difference but only if I still get the whole enchilada.

If I'm not mistaken, the educational version is CS5 Extended, which has more functions but the update is more expensive than a new version with educational discount. I ordered the full CS5 Extended version with Higher Ed discount for $180 or so.
