The white spots near the bird's body are loose feathers that came off while it was preening .

Bird is sharp with an interesting pose. I would clean up the background a bit -- especially the leaves at the edge of the left side. The perch is interesting but the picture may be stronger if you were to clone about 50% off the bottom of the perch.

Neat bird, looks rather unhappy! Nice BG, and the perch has nice curves and textures. Although I don't mind the comp I do agree with Scott about the leaves at left. About the white spots: I would eliminate them because of the fact we likely need your explanation of what they are. You could keep them if the photo was of the bird actually preening.

Cool pose and very strong eye contact in this image. Ditto the above comments. Love the varying soft colors in the BG. Many thanks for sharing.

Like the BG here, and love this image for the simple fact, that you've got it on a lovely perch(which in our area is very rare). The sharpness on the bird is good. Overall a lovely image.

I like the comp, and eye contact in this. The curved perch adds interest, and I would maybe remove the two leaves on the LHS.
