Default Heaviest snowfall ever in Dallas

Last week, we had the heaviest-ever snowfall here in Dallas...at least the heaviest in the 100-odd years's data thats available. 12in+ in 24-hr span. we usually get a lot of crappy ice, sleet etc. But this was pure nice snow and lot of it. Needless to say, everyone had a lot of fun with snowmen and all.

shot this behind my office building. 40D and 85f/1.8 at f/5.6. iso 640. 1/500. Thanks for looking.

Looks like here at home in Upstate NY. I remember as a kid seeing pictures of cattle drives in snow. I guess this year was one that could have produced similar results?
