Got to love the purple hues. The one diagonal line from lower left to the upper mid right is a plus. Good use of light too.

Great composition and the color is phenomenal. I would consider brightening the foreground water a tad to try to balance it with the sky--I wouldn't go too far, though, because noise will creep in. (It doesn't need to look like it was captured with a graduated density filter, but a little lighter might be good.)

Very nice shot Alfred! IMO I don't thnk I would have prefer having the land in the Lower left of the frame. Still a very nice shot of an All Photographers Favorites spot in Louisiana. Great color I might add too!
