    Stephen:

    Great wing position, feet and angle in frame.

    The light angle and harshness hurts you here. the brighter the light, the more important it is to work on the sun angle to avoid the harsh/dark shadows you see on the far wing. There appears to be no detail there.

    For my taste it is slightly oversharpened.

    I like the wing up position and the sharpness looks fine for me. I agree about the sun angle but it looks like it's flying over a fozen lake so you probably couldn't change you angle to take advantage of the light. They never cooperate do they? :D

    Magnificent animal - do agree with Randy's comments - I would have pushed that shutter button anyway as well.
