    Taken at the Maple Lawn Garden in Ottawa

    All the other birds were flying around as I walked through the garden except for this young one. It just posed for me for awhile then took off to join the others. I love the ruffled feathers look....A Bad Feather Day :)

    Poor little thing looks so lost :)
    I think if you crop a bit from the top, the bird would be placed better in the frame.
    It is well exposed and sharp, the background is not ideal though.

    Ha ha too cute. I agree with Fabs' critique.

    BTW I believe what you have here is a young Red-winged Blackbird.

    Agree with above, might sharpen the head area a little. And Daniel is correct, juvie red-winged blackbird :)
