    I was able to capture this forktail while at Lacassine NWR in south Louisiana. I'm new to macro works so any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Might be new but turning out good work !!!! Taken in good light Good tight crop to show the leg detail Might suggest to be a little wider to include the entire bottom leg Excellent bg and very good image !!!

    You have cropped it nice and tight--but perhaps a little too tight on the left. It would be nice to have a little more green BG between the perch and the left edge.

    I love the colors and the sharpness. A lot. As Alfredo said, too tight on the lowest foot. Keep it up and you will be considered very dangerous... lal, artie
