    The others say it all, but this is really an inspirational photograph to me, the detail is amazing.

    I just wanted to add that out of curiosity I looked this church up on the net, and the photographs of it do not hold a candle to yours. Its such a gorgeous photograph!

    I do as well, Gus. Thanks for posting this Arash. (I would like to ask what the wooden braces are for in the dome, is that a structural problem?) Anyway, I love the swooping feel to the vertical inside. Makes me dizzy!

    Very good attention to detail Katherine, the original dome dome was destroyed in 1906 San Francisco earthquake, the pillars were places to reinforce the new dome.
