    It was a pain to photograph the monuments last Friday night as it was raining all day and night in the nation's capital.

    I had to work fast and use and umbrella.

    because of the thick cloud cover, the city lights reflected off the clouds to give it a burnt orange look. Also, the capital took on a greenish hue as well. I just converted it to B&W to eliminate the distractions...
