    Another cliched image.... NOT!

There are infiniteness compositions in these canyons and you found a nice one here. I like the swirling patterns as it makes you feel you are there. The one hot spot near the top is distracting.

Superb image Michael with loads of impact!!
Can you achieve the same HDR effect with PS3 as you have with Photomatix Pro! Would you mind posting the image before Photomatix was applied. One of our local magazines called "Digital" currently features an article on this software and I am thinking of purchasing. Just wondering if I would get enough use out of it.

John, here is an image made from the raw file in Lightroom with no processing at all. I find Photomatix Pro much easier for true HDR or quasi HDR with single raw files than CS 3. The more I play with it, the more things I discovery I can do with it.

Very nice image. I like the lighting and the stains running down the side of the canyon. Well done.

Beautiful, Michael. The swirling lines really add a lot of interest.

What a lovely place and photograph. The patterns are terrific. I think the first image works best.

I have to go there someday!!
