    I recently posted an image of this beautiful, unspoilt wadi and this is the view looking the other way. Two views for the price of one and a good place to see Egyptian vultures!

    Camera: Canon 1Ds Mk II.
    Lens: Canon EF 28-70 mm L @ 29 mm.
    1/320 sec, f9, ISO 100, mirror lock-up enabled.

    No haze this direction. :D

    I like the composition with the diagonal the river makes, the framing of the bottom edge with the lip of the cliff and a small slice of the sky.

    The contrasting colors are very appealing I like the subtle tonal changes Excellent image !!!!

    A well thought out composition David that works very well. Great country for colour and texture.
